Part-Time Office Assistant (Growth Opportunity)

Reli Electric is hiring a Part-Time Office Assistant (9AM–1PM or 10AM–2PM)

We’re growing fast and need a reliable, detail-oriented person to support our operations/office manager with daily operations.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, wants a flexible part-time schedule, and is ready to grow with the position.

Core Duties Include:

Answering phones and assisting customers.
Processing payables and receivables (as needed).
Typing up work orders, job folders, and contracts.
Confirming appointments with clients.
Pulling permits and scheduling inspections.
Assisting with job file setup (commercial & service).
General office tasks and project support as assigned.
Backup for ordering material for upcoming projects.

Ideal Candidate:

Organized, dependable, and a great communicator.
Comfortable on the phone and with basic computer tasks.
Willing to learn and grow with the company.
Experience in construction or service office a plus.

Schedule:

Part-time: Monday–Friday, 4 hours/day (9–1 or 10–2).

Compensation:

$15–$19/hr depending on experience.
