Reli Electric is seeking a motivated Residential Electrical Apprentice to join our growing team. We are looking for someone dependable, eager to learn, and interested in building a long-term career in the electrical trade.
This position is a good fit for someone who is starting out, has some basic electrical experience, or has recently begun working in the field. The right candidate will have a strong work ethic, good communication skills, and a willingness to learn both residential service work and new residential construction.
Position Overview:
As a Residential Electrical Apprentice, you will assist with residential service calls, new home electrical installations, remodels, repairs, troubleshooting, panel work, lighting, devices, and other residential electrical projects. You will work alongside experienced electricians while gaining hands-on training in both service work and residential construction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with residential electrical service calls, repairs, and installations.
- Assist with new home wiring, residential rough-ins, trim-outs, remodels, and additions.
- Help install, replace, and repair outlets, switches, light fixtures, breakers, panels, ceiling fans, smoke detectors, and other residential electrical equipment.
- Pull wire, install boxes, make up devices, install fixtures, and support completion of residential projects.
- Use hand tools, power tools, testing devices, and measuring equipment under the guidance of experienced electricians.
- Assist with troubleshooting electrical issues in residential homes.
- Work in attics, basements, crawl spaces, garages, and finished living spaces when needed.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work area.
- Communicate respectfully with homeowners, builders, team members, and supervisors.
- Follow company procedures, safety standards, and local electrical codes.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 to $25.00 per hour, based on experience
